In accordance with LIHTC program regulations, households made up entirely of full-time students may not qualify for residency unless they meet certain exceptions, such as:

• At least one member is married and eligible to file a joint tax return

• The household includes a single parent and child (ren), and neither is claimed as a dependent by someone outside the household

• At least one household member receives assistance under Title IV of the Social Security Act (e.g., TANF)

• At least one household member is enrolled in a job training program

• At least one household member was formerly in foster care

If your household includes full-time students, we will work with you to determine if one of these exceptions applies.

To qualify for residency under the LIHTC program, applicants must meet specific income guidelines based on the area median income (AMI). Income limits vary depending on household size and are updated annually.

Please note: Income verification and third-party documentation are required as part of the application process and we utilize GROSS income (before taxes).

• 2 People per Household - $55,140

• 3 People per Household - $62,040

• 4 People per Household - $68,880

• 5 People per Household - $74,400

• 6 People per Household - $79,920

• 7 People per Household - $85,440
